Refund Request

If you have completed a payment but your product is still in Draft Mode, Under Review, or if your submission was Rejected by our team, you are eligible for a full refund according to our Refund Policy.

To ensure a quick and smooth process, please follow the instructions below.

⚠️ Important Note on Rejected Submissions

Did we reject your submission?
If you received a notification that your tool submission was rejected, you do NOT need to submit a refund request. Our system automatically initiates a full refund immediately upon rejection. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to return to your account.

How to Submit Your Request (For Cancellations)

If you simply changed your mind before your product went live, please send an email to our support team:

Subject Line: Refund Request - [Name of Your AI Tool]

Please include the following information in your message:

Transaction ID: (Found in your payment confirmation email).
Date of Purchase: (e.g., Jan 15, 2026).
Payment Amount: ($9.90 or $19.99 USD).
Reason for Refund: (Optional, e.g., "Changed my mind" or "Technical issue").
Confirmation: A statement confirming that you have not yet published the product on our platform.

Important Notice

Publication Status: Our system logs the status of every submission. If our records show the product was already Published and live on the site, the refund request will generally be denied as the service has been delivered.
Processing Time: Once we receive your email, we will verify your publication status and respond within 24–48 hours.
Fund Arrival: After the refund is approved and processed by us, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
