Thank you for choosing ilovefree.com. We offer premium options to boost your AI product's visibility, including Featured Product Submissions ($9.90 one-time) and Sponsorship Ads ($19.99 for 30 days).

Because we offer digital services and intangible goods, our refund policy is strictly based on the status of your submission. Please read the following terms carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility & Service Delivery

To ensure fairness and transparency, our refund policy is tied to the Review and Publication process of your listing:

• Submission Rejected (100% Refund):
  If our team reviews your submission and determines that it does not meet our directory standards (e.g., low quality, non-functional, or prohibited content), we will reject the submission and issue a full refund automatically.

• Before Publication (Eligible):
  If you have successfully completed the payment but your product is still in "Draft" mode or "Under Review" (and has not yet been published live), you are eligible to cancel your request for a full refund.

• After Publication (Service Delivered):
  Once your product or advertisement is approved and becomes visible on ilovefree.com, the service is considered fully delivered. At this stage, refunds are generally NOT granted, except in cases of technical errors on our end.

2. Sponsorship Ads ($19.99/30 Days)

Please note that our Sponsorship Ad service is NOT a subscription.

• The $19.99 fee covers a fixed 30-day placement.
• No Auto-Renewal: The service will automatically expire after 30 days. We will never charge your card automatically for a renewal.
• No Partial Refunds: Once the ad is live, we do not provide partial refunds if you decide to take down the ad early before the 30-day period expires.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations after the service has been delivered (published):

• Change of Mind: You decide you no longer want the listing after it is already live.
• Performance Expectations: The product's performance (e.g., number of clicks, conversions, or traffic volume) does not meet your personal expectations. We guarantee exposure, not specific traffic numbers.
• Site Availability: Your own product website becomes unavailable, changes its domain, or ceases operation after being listed.
• Missing Assets: You failed to provide the necessary assets (images/links) correctly after the product has been published.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria in Section 1, please contact us immediately. We encourage you to contact us prior to filing a dispute with your bank to resolve the issue faster.

5. Refund Processing Time

• Response Time: We review and respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
• Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed immediately by our system. However, it may take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card issuer to reflect the credit on your statement.

6. Compliance and Removal

We reserve the right to remove any published product without a refund if, after publication, it is found to be in violation of our Terms of Service or Legal Guidelines (e.g., the destination link is changed to promote malware, adult content/NSFW, illegal software, or fraudulent activities).
